Full of love and emotion, this day spent atop a rooftop garden in Edinburgh was a wedding to remember. Kelsey and Bernardo's families and friends had travelled from across the globe to see their loved ones get married amongst a sea of gorgeous wild flowers (from the awesome Narcissus Flowers) at their heartfelt outdoor ceremony.
Bernardo's friends and family hopped on a plane from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil whilst Kelsey's side made the epic journey from the USA. Everyone was so happy to be in Scotland, the joyfulness and relaxed vibe was perfect for this laid back couple.

With spectacular views of Edinburgh, and gorgeous sunny weather, the cocktails (named after their family pets) went down a treat. With some tasty canapés, deck chairs and a bagpipe player, it definitely had a festival feel yet you were still reminded of the Scottish location, I loved that the band )The RD's wore kilts (as did some of the guests) and incorporated a bagpipe for a few songs, they absolutely nailed it as everyone went crazy on the dance floor.

Kelsey wore a really stunning and unique blue wedding dress from Temperley London that she looked smoking hot in. The bridesmaids wore their own choice of dress, with a subtle silver theme, and all wore wild flower crowns, as did Kelsey. The boys wore tartan ties of Kelsey's family tartan and dainty wild flower buttonholes. They all looked super fly. Kelsey rocked some badass silver heels from Badgley Mischka with stunning make up and hair by Laura Gray.

The Ceremony was very beautiful with the couple's siblings giving readings and leading the ceremony. You could tell these guys are really close, and a few tears fell and hugs were shared. Followed by confetti, more hugging and lots and lots of cheer! Oh yeh... and a bonnie little owl called Starlight delivered the rings to the happy couple, which as you can imagine resulted in a few woohoo's from excited guests.

The wine poured, there was an abundance of food (with late night pizza) and so much dancing. I'm still not sure if it was a combination of Scottish, American or Brazilian traditions, but the bride and groom were lifted in the air more than once, as well as other dance floor antics. The day just totally flew by and I'm so happy that Kelsey and Bernardo invited me to capture their day for them.

I have no doubt in my mind you guys are going to have an incredible life together, wherever you decide to lay your hats, but as your wedding favours very rightly stated ' Home is wherever I'm with you'
