If you love the idea of a laid back, fun and personal wedding, take notes. Sarah and Alex's wedding was so full of love and creativity at every moment. The crazy wind that day only added to the atmosphere and everyone huddled together to witness this beautiful couple say their vows to one another.

Family and friends all played their parts during the day, with Sarah's grandfather speaking and one of her bridesmaids singing for them. It was seriously emotional and so personal to Sarah and Alex

The day started when I met Alex and his best man in Warwick where they went on to have their legal marriage. Sarah and her Bridesmaids rocked up looking super cool, in Sarah's dad's Landcover with a very special tyre cover (check it out below)

Sarah was just beautiful in her 70's wedding dress ( Indie Bride London ) and a simple flower crown sitting in her red pixie hair clutching the most gorgeous, colourful and wild bouquet

( Green & Wild Warwick ) The bridesmaids killed it with a retro twist, bold and bright dresses ( Lowie / Sportsmax ), bright red and patterned court shoes and later when the sun came out, epic cat eye sunnies!

I loved the seating plan for Sarah and Alex's wedding, everyone on the same table, it worked really well for the speeches and the long table was perfect for all the sharing dishes and chatting with lots of different people. The meal and the dancing were held in the traditional pole tent marquee which had been styled by themselves with help from family and friends and it was just the perfect setting for these guys, I especially loved the wedding favours which doubled as place names, Tunnocks Chocolate Teacakes and Caramel Wafer bars, another little nod to Sarah's Scottish heritage along with the awesome Ceilidh which kicked off later in the evening

For their couple photos, we wandered down into the garden, through the trees, which had been decorated with coloured fabric. The lawn games fitted in perfectly in all the little nooks and crannies of the beautiful English garden, ready for the wedding guests to explore and try their luck. Splat the Rat, Croquet, Bean Bag Toss, that one where you knock the bottles off the shelf, bowling!

Later, when the light was turning all hazy and soft, we nipped out for another little stroll just down the road and got a few more shots of the newlyweds. I love this time on the wedding day for couple photography, everyone is super chilled and it is the perfect opportunity to take a little breather from all your guests and spend a few moments together, taking it all in and reflecting on the day

Check out this little selection of images from Sarah and Alex's wedding below as well as the awesome suppliers ( linked in text )

Congratulations to this totally awesome couple, it has to be said, you absolutely nailed it!
