Neha & Olli

The day began for Neha at Ashdown Park Hotel, where she had stayed over the night before her close friends and family. The bathroom in her suite had the most gorgeous stained glass window and the grounds were really stunning. It was a chilled out morning with a few nerves knocking around... so the energy was really exciting. This was only the first part of a double wedding weekend for Neha and Olli

This is the story of Day one.

A little before the ceremony was due to kick off, I headed over to St Peters Church in Lewes to capture the boys and the guests arriving, the sun was really beaming by this point and there was such a happy energy amongst the guests. Olli and the boys were doing there final preparations and making sure all the guests knew where they were going, whilst Olli anxiously waited until the time came to take his place at the end of the aisle

As you can see from the photographs, Neha looked absolutely stunning with her big smile, chic lace wedding dress and pretty Tigers To Lilies bouquet. I also loved how Olli styled out his classic morning suit with green checked trousers and a cream waistcoat. The ceremony was really lovely, and I couldn't help but notice the little glances and smiles between these two. So damn cute!

Their formal yet relaxed wedding reception took place at Olli's family home in the Sussex countryside. The backdrop of the gorgeous country home and english country gardens was perfect. Caterers were hired and food was served in the garden in a candlelit pagoda style Camelot Marquee

The evening drew to a close with an awesome firework display, where everyone nestled together and reflected on an amazing day. As part two (the Asian Wedding) was kicking off early the next day, everyones was excited to see what Olli and Neha had in store for them, as was I...

One of my favourite parts of the day was strolling around the grounds of this beautiful family home and getting some natural photographs of the wedding couple in the pretty light that streamed through into the garden. We also got some great shots of the bride and groom with the bridal party beneath a stunning ruined archway at the front of the house. These guys also had some fabulous informal speeches (I love it when this happens) where everyone gathered round, both standing and seated, whilst the best man and the groom said a few words to mark the occasion. Good times!

Day two of Neha and Olli's wedding will be on the blog soon
